Classes of Drugs Tested
DOT drug tests specifically require testing for the following five classes of drugs:
Phencyclidine (PCP)
Marijuana*
Opiates (opium and codeine derivatives) including Hydrocodone/Hydromorphone in the new DOT drug panel
Cocaine (including Oxycodone/Oxymophone)
Amphetamines and methamphetamines
Please note that marijuana is still classified as a Federal Schedule I drug, regardless of the recreational and medical marijuana laws in Colorado. CBD can also be classified as marijuana in certain concentrations.
