Meet the Leadership Team
Patricia Mein
In 2015, Patricia Mein founded NOCO Drug Testing LLC to provide employers with a new alternative to the traditional drug screening process by allowing employers to have any reasonable suspicion testing done any time of day.
Pat has been in a successful commercial leadership role for over 20 years. Her goal to deliver high quality service at a reasonable cost is unmatched. Pat keeps up-to-date with current DOT rules and regulations requirements. She is a certified trainer for the Procedural Portion of Urine Collection for Rule 49 CFR Part 40.
Robert Mein
Robert is VP of Sales and Marketing and new client development. With over 35 years of business management, sales and customer relations experience he is very qualified to help develop and write your testing policies and CDL safety procedures. Trust us when we say We do whatever it takes to complete your testing needs on time and cost effective.
Robert will setup and design a program tailored to your needs and show you how to save money with your Drug tests. Robert is a C/TPA , C/DER, CPCT certified to develop and administer all your random pool needs. He is also Safeland USA / PEC Certified for field visit safety. Robert offers C/DER and Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor classes for individuals or groups. Call now to reserve your class date and time. This is a DOT required class per Sec. 382.603
John Keeton
John is the Operations Manager and comes with over 25 years’ experience and oversees all day-to-day office operations from scheduling in-office and on-site collections to daily accounting and financial duties. The management experience John brings to the table from his previous employment as well as duties as a training manager are integral to NOCO keeping pace with an ever-changing field. We would be lost without his direction and degree of computer systems knowledge.
The Operations Manager duties as well as being an after-hours collector keeps NOCO up to date for all accounting functions and are very vital to our success and forward development. His diversity is priceless and enables him to manage our collector staff. This helps to keep our ever-changing schedules and business moving smoothly.
John is truly a dedicated business partner that is always keeping up with all the new system innovations that are constantly being developed in this changing world.
